Splendid time at the beginners sourdough class as a confident home cook I learnt so much from this class that I didn’t know. Marek was such a passionate, patient and hilarious teacher. Would 1000% recommend this to anyone new to sourdough baking.
Great value for money! I had such a fantastic time at this course! A little hard to hear over the ovens at points but otherwise so informative and interesting and hands on. My stretch and folds and loaf shaping have now much improved! And we got so much to take home! Cant wait to bake my extra loaves! Thank you!
