Great sourdough baking class if you like to start baking your own sourdough or you have started your home baking journey already. Getting your hands on the dough and learn how to make and shape it was very good. During the class you learn a lot and you won’t walk home empty handed. You will take home a sourdough starter to make your own dough, you take home dough to bake your own bread the next morning, a loaf of bread and a Bourke Street Bakery apron.
