A great course, loads of fun & lots of laughs. Best caters for the home baker with some sour dough experience who has room for improvement. You take home your own starter, lots of fresh bread baked and ready to eat & some ready to bake at home. Would highly recommend it. Thank you.
I had high expectations after waiting a year for classes to restart and I was not disappointed. The class was run very well and our instructor was incredibly knowledgeable but also able to communicate with just the right balance of information and a touch of humour. We all baked our take home dough that afternoon and sent each other photos with more than a touch of pride at what we had achieved. I'm looking forward to replicating the results at home next weekend
