This class was a belated birthday present for my mum, and we absolutely loved it - I've never received such heartfelt thanks for a birthday present! Our teacher did an incredible job at making sure everyone was comfortable in the environment, keeping the class light and friendly, and he also was amazing at addressing different skill levels and approaches to baking (ie. those who are very scientific and those who go off feel). We also left the class with an obscene amount of bread - we each had 4 loaves in total across various stages of the process. We had such a lovely time and I would 100% recommend to anyone who is considering - well worth it!
