I really enjoyed my experience at the Sourdough Masterclass. Our instructor Julian was professional, knowledgeable, funny and very patient answering questions from the group. Before the class, I was concerned that the price was a bit steep for a two hour course, but after the class, I am satisfied that we got plenty of value. We received so much bread and dough, recipes, tips and techniques, as well as a nice coffee on arrival. I will be recommending Julian's class to all of my friends and suggest to anyone that is considering it, that you won't be disappointed.
Excellent facilities and teacher, and generous takeaways such as dough, starter, apron, bag. I think the class could be a bit longer, I wanted more technique time.
