This sourdough workshop is a perfect starter (excuse the pun) for everyone who wants to learn and get hands-on experience with guidance from a professional baker.
Julian made it an interesting, informative and fun session for everyone.
Despite the relatively limited time (2 hours only), Julian went through all the relevant steps in sourdough bread baking.
Definitely recommended for everyone who wants to bake their own healthy bread at home!
