Excellent class with fabulous master baker! This is a wonderful way to learn how to make your own sour dough bread at home. The method was easy to follow with help from our passionate baker - however it obviously requires time and commitment to make full use of the techniques you will learn. The baked loaves we got to take home were sensational and we are excited to bake our loaves that we prepared in class today at home tomorrow ! Highly recommend for anyone wanting to bake sourdough bread at home.
Today's master class with Marek was brilliant. I had been a self taught baker for a few years with inconsistent results. Marek's course clarified the important steps I was not getting quite right. I am amazed at how he took us through a 36-hour process in 3 hours. The best 3-hour course I have ever taken.
