The Sourdough Masterclass run by Bourke Street Bakery is a must-do hands-on learning experience for anyone interested in learning the basics and finer points of sourdough bread making. Whether you are a first time learner or an experienced sourdough bread maker there is plenty to learn and experience. Our baker, Jason, was an excellent teacher, clearly explaining the theory and demonstrating key techniques making the class most informative and interesting. A great learning experience thanks.
