A wonderful class with Malek who is so passionate about baking. Looking forward to the advanced class next year.

I really enjoyed the class! The teacher explains everything so clearly, making sourdough easy to understand. I haven’t baked the loaves yet, but I took home three unbaked sourdoughs and can’t wait to try them. I highly recommend this class
