What a great class for everyone, whether just starting out or need help. Jason was so lovely and explains everything simply and clearly. I have been baking for a while now and couldn’t work out where I was going wrong. With Jason’s fabulous info, I now understand why I’m doing things and what to watch for. I feel much more confident and am excited to get in the kitchen and put it to good use. Worth every penny…thanks!!
