The class was fantastic. Marek was so knowledgeable and really engaging. I had been trying to bake sourdough for a few months but wasn't happy with the outcome. I had read plenty online but nothing compares to a class like this where you ask all your questions to an expert. I feel so much more confident in what in doing and am already seeing the difference in my bread.
