This class exceeded my expectations in every way. Marek, the master baker, who has been passionately making sourdough since he was 7, expertly distilled the sets to making delicous sourdough bread in 3 hours. We were given a clear set of instructions which he reinforced and explained during the class, shown the techniques for making bread from beginning to end with hands on experience at every stage. We came away with beautiful 25 year old starter, bread ready to eat, to bake at home and an apron. It was fun and enjoyable and I am looking forward to doing another class with Marek to learn some more from him.
Fantastic course. The class included a range of prospective bakers from those with no experience (me) to regular bakers. Great group, everyone learnt a lot and we came away with Marek’s infectious enthusiasm for all things bread. Highly recommended to anyone who has even thought about making their own sourdough.
