Bake Better Bread With Science
What a fantastic class. The instructor, Jason, was very experienced, engaging, and full of valuable knowledge. I loved that the course let you make a few loaves, learning about different techniques, as well as the science behind it all. Awesome instructor, lots of bread to take home, and a great experience for a beginner like me. I’m sure it would appeal to more experienced bakers too, given the instructor’s food science background and depth of experience. Oh, and the rest of the staff at the cafe out front were delightful!.
Fun, Flour-Filled Baking Bootcamp
This class was terrific . Jason was a fabulous teacher and made it fun for everybody . There was a lot to learn , and at the end we left with multiple loaves ( cooked and uncooked ) and armed with information . I would be happy to do this class again .
