Sourdough Made Simple and Fun
This class has been super helpful and interesting; Marek is so passionate about Sourdough and baking and made sure we knew exactly what to do by the end of the class. It was great to see all steps of the sourdough process and also be able to take 2x doughs home and bake them there. It took away the fear of doing something wrong showed the endless possibilities with sourdough. The class was very well organised and interactive. We enjoyed the coffee and love that we got to take the aprons home as well. Overall, we highly recommend!
Engaging, Inspiring Bread-Making Session
The bread-making class was a wonderful experience! The content was well-structured, easy to follow, and very engaging. A special mention to our teacher, whose enthusiasm and eagerness to share their knowledge made the whole session even more enjoyable. Their passion for baking was contagious, and it truly inspired me to try new techniques at home.
We loved the sourdough baking class. Marek is so enthusiastic and clearly passionate about bread, I'm inspired to try and bake sourdough regularly at home. We each left with a baked loaf of delicious bread and 3 more dough's to bake at home.
