Absolutely brilliant course and extremely informative. Explained a lot about how to make sourdough and demystified the whole process. Highly recommended.

This is a great really practical class. Small group so plenty of time for questions. Class lead really knew their stuff. Would happily do another class. Added bonus of heaps of fresh bread to take home.
