Such a fun and memorable class! Marek was an amazing host, and the experience was fantastic value. We took home freshly baked bread, a sourdough starter, ingredients to bake four more loaves, an apron and a tote bag, plus a wonderful new skill! Goodbye yeast, hello sourdough!
