Do yourself a favour if you love sour dough and attend this class. Clear and easy to follow instructions with hands on reinforcement. All up you’ll take home 5 sour dough loaves, 4 to continue at home! A
good quality apron, 2x baskets and your own 25year old starter to save trying to make your own. I also purchased the Bourke street bakery book and I’m enjoying reading it and can’t wait to try making some of their yummy sweet treats.
Definitely would recommend 😊
Great teach, great skill, great knowledge, great experience.
Excellent workshop, provides you with all the information and knowledge you need to get you started on your sourdough journey. Quite magical what you can do with only flour, water, salt, time and temperature. Jason was knowledgeable, patient and accommodating. Highly recommended.
