It is a five stars review for me! The teacher Mark is very instrumental in guiding us the process and most valuable part is his sharing of his experience in sourdough making and the unbeatable passion for making bread. It is great class for both beginners and people who want to do better in making the bread at home. Highly recommended!
The class was absolutely fantastic! I finally learned what I’d been doing wrong all this time trying to bake bread. Marek is incredibly knowledgeable and so easy to listen to. He explains everything in such a simple, clear way. Thank you, Marek, for sharing your secrets with us! – Kristina.
