Lovely session with Marek, very kind & knowledgable. We took home loads: coffee, bread, a sourdough starter, 2 doughs and an apron.
Holding back a star for a few hygiene reasons that are easy fixes. No sink to wash our hands between steps, only given 1x wet chux to wipe sticky dough off hands but also had to use to cover dough. Individual bowls of flour and water would beat 5 people dipping into one jug, and a clear face shield for all staff working directly over the ingredients is essential.

Marek was an excellent teacher, always making sure we understood the steps to making delicious bread! He was great! It’s a great class!
