This is a great course, it’s the second time I have done it and was just as good the second time. The instructor, Jason was great and knowledgeable. I would recommend this course .
I have attended the MASTERCLASS OF SOURDOUGH BREAD on 1st of March 2025. It is indeed a masterclass of sourdough bread.
Although I have been making my sourdough bread for a few years before, but I found the class I attended was very professional and taught me all the tricks with full explanation from Marek to better my skills and techniques. It was also a very generous class that provided each one of us with a starter and 5 to 6 loaves of bread to take home including a manual instruction to refer to at any time. My dinner that night was slices of the bread we baked on the day and butter with a glass of wine. I highly recommend this class to all beginners and Non beginners. It is well worth it. I will offer gift tickets to my son and his wife. Many thanks to Bourke Street Bakery.
