We did the sourdough masterclass with Marek today and I cannot speak highly enough of the course. Marek is extremely knowledgeable and experienced and his enthusiasm and love of baking is infectious. Learnt so much about baking and came away with so many goodies and great tasting bread. Marek said you will get home and have a big smile…….he was 100% correct. When we sliced out loaf and ate it with a little butter is was Devine.
