This class was superbly led by Jason who accommodated all levels of experience with patience and humour. Having been a self-taught (OK - Google and YouTube learner!)I sourdough novice, I learnt a huge amount from Jason and there is nothing to beat a face to face hands-on experience. I would highly recommend this class - fun, educational and you leave with starter and plenty of sourdough. Thank you
An amazing class! A lot of interesting information shared and went into the science and complexity of bread making. I was a complete novice and learned a lot, although it may have been helpful if I had attempted to make bread before. My partner who had made bread before, learned so much. Would highly recommend this class.
