Amazing experience! It was impossible not to get caught up in the passion and enthusiasm that our teacher had for sourdough baking. The class was well organised and thorough. I’ve just finished my third loaf at home, and it’s every bit as good (if not better) than one I would buy from a quality bakery.
Excellent short course on sourdough baking, with some of the breads to be completed at home (it's a 3 hour course, after all). Solid information, and some good practical experience (always good to feel a wet dough and learn how to handle it).
