Great class and super informative! Very hands on.
However it felt like the class could have been completed in 2.5hr rather than a 3hr class.

The class was great, very hands on and fun! I came away feeling confidant enough to start baking such yummy sourdough. I highly recommend this workshop.

I had a lot of fun. The baker was amazing, knowledgeable, helpful and the experience was very educational. The environment was great and I would go again!
