I'm new to sourdough, but after spending a morning with Jason - and the other newbies (and not so newbies) - I had a window into this new world. My kids LOVED the bread I brought home, and the extra that I made during the course of that afternoon / evening. So much to learn. But I'm excited to continue.
I would highly recommend the course as a place to start on your sourdough journey. Jason had a wealth of knowledge, was patient throughout, and steered the group towards a love for sourdough while gaining some clear skills.
More work is required, but I am keen to give it a go. Thanks heaps Jason and Bourke Street Bakery!
