Fantastic sourdough master class with Marek and Jason!
This class is an immersive experience! What sets this master class apart is its hands-on approach. We were given aprons and were fully involved in the process. It's a delight to feel the dough beneath your fingers, gradually transforming into a masterpiece under expert guidance!
My mum, sister, and I had the most amazing time at the master class and we felt that it was well worth it! We got to take home the starter, doughs at different stages, and a loaf - that we got to score in class!
