Highly recommended for those of you who are motivated to get into sourdough bread baking. Our facilitator, Jason, was incredibly knowledgeable and very adapted to all type of questions and levels of experience. There was also a great mix of theory and practice and the overall value for money of the class is excellent (the class lasted 3 and 1/2 hours and we could have kept going).
