What a fun morning!! Met some lovely people, our teacher Jason was fantastic and we went home with sooo many goodies. Great value and great fun. Thank you :)

I certainly came away knowing more as I was able to ask questions and see an active starter and a healthy bubbly dough. However because I have not succeeded in baking a good sourdough in the past 4 months of trying i was hoping that bulk fermentation and cold fermentation would be covered in more detail so I could recognise these signs. The course probably requires more time to cover it more effectively. The “baked” bread we took home was amazing 😋😋
