What a great class! Ben was excellent, taking us through the steps to create a starter, make, ferment, fold, shape and prove our dough. Came home with amazing loaves and dough to bake the next day, plus some starter (son of George!). Highly recommend for anyone interested in the mysteries of sourdough!
