My wife bought me the ticket to the Sourdough Master Class because she got sick at look at my dejected face every time my bread making was a failure. I wasn't keen at first but so, so happy I did the Class. Will the baker is an excellent teacher and his skill to simplify bread making was excellent. I left the class full of confidence and went straight home and produce my first Bourke Street Bakery Loaf, its was superb, my wife was impressed and so to my children.
If you are starting out or have been baking for a while this class is definitely worth doing, what an experience. Thank you to all involved in making the class simple to understand but come out a bread maker proud of what you bake at home. Cheers.
