Thoroughly enjoyed this class. Will was incredibly generous with his knowledge and his time. As a novice sourdough bread maker I learned a lot that will definitely help me to bake better bread than my attempts so far. A super bonus was to go home with a freshly baked loaf and some ready to bake at home as well.
A fun, interactive, “get your hands dirty” , practical course. Well prepared! And with generous give-aways to try your skills at home.
