Fantastic class that I attended with my Mother in law for Mother’s Day, really helped cement our knowledge, great demos & information, helpful instructor! Would highly recommend
The sourdough class was such a fun and informative time. The head baker Will gave us valuable information to really be able to create bakery like sourdough within the realistic confines of everyday household methods and restrictions whilst answering all the pressing questions that you can only really get from someone who is experienced in this world.
