Room was super noisy and directions given were super confusing at first. Take home directions were not easy to follow and were sometimes different to verbal instructions.
Marek was so passionate and had so much knowledge but even after we said we had no baking experience he kept asking for answers we just didn't have.
He was very, very good at reviewing information though and went over the steps again and again.
All my take home loaves worked well so I was very happy the next day.
