Nice small group and lovely teacher. Very knowledgeable staff and fun to create your own Bourke Street Bakery sourdough and look behind the scenes. We got BSB’s sourdough starter and our ready to bake dough plus some freshly baked sourdough to take home. Overall a great experience! A weekend full of the freshest bread!
Great weekend class to do by yourself or with a friend/family member. The head baker was very knowledgeable & we could ask plenty of questions on how to make/bake/store sourdough. You get walked through the whole process from start to finish, get several loaves to bake a lot home & a fresh loaf to eat straight away. Everyone also got to keep an apron & we got a complimentary coffee when we arrived early. Couldn’t be happier with the class. Thanks Bourke Street Bakery!
