Really beautiful facilities, incredible clean and very large. I think having a basic understanding of bread before you arrive is better than none. I attended with my husband and we left with so much bread! It’s good to see the bread in its various stages and take it home in various stages that you can practice with. I’ve got long nails which is not ideal for the kneading, felt gross getting dough underneath!
