Absolutely awesome master class, so informative and fun. Hands on experience with loads of demonstrations made it easy to follow. Time for questions and lots of goodies to take away. Really enjoyed my time there. Excited to continue to feed my starter and keep baking!
Somewhat informative class. A little rushed. Overly - if you think that you will leave this class knowing how to bake Bourke Street bakery tasting sourdough, you won't. Bonus - you'll get to take a starter home and lot's of bread to bake.
