I had such a wonderful time at this sourdough bread-making class! The instructor was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, even as a complete beginner. The class was relaxed, welcoming, and so much fun. I walked away feeling confident to bake my own sourdough at home, and I learned so many helpful tips along the way. It was clear how passionate they are about bread making, and that enthusiasm made the experience even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend!!
