Had a fantastic afternoon at the Sourdough Masterclass at Bourke Street Bakery. Learnt so much from Tim the Master Baker, enjoyed making so many different loaves of bread and the free apron and coffee was a bonus. Highly recommended!!!

Great class, would highly recommend if you are looking to learn how to make bread. You also go home with so much which is a major bonus!
