I enjoyed the sourdough class. Teacher was great & very informative. The notes we received in class were very simple, with little depth. Luckily we received more in-depth notes by email the next day. Overall I really enjoyed it.
A fun two hours on a cold rainy Saturday morning. Jason was the baker teaching us. We learned some basics of mixing, proving, and creating the slash marks with a scalpel! Great to get your hands sticky with dough. We each took home four loaves, including one fruit sour dough. Baking them this morning - Yum!
Highly recommended.
